Sales Director, Formula Automobile A/S
The job as Sales Executive for Formula Automobile A/S entails a lot of travelling and eating out with customers and clients. Too much rich food and almost no exercise were therefore familiar issues for Rune Simoni – neither of which is good for the stomach or the digestive system. With Vegan Power Meal, he now has a means of ensuring that he feels full, whilst rectifying any imbalances in connection with his travel activities.
I TRAVEL A GREAT DEAL
“I travel a great deal in connection with my job: 120 days a year, with around 100 nights spent in hotels. My job is very sedentary, in addition to which I have a lot of client dinners which involve wine and good food. My busy schedule doesn’t allow much chance to exercise.
My stomach and digestive system were in very poor shape, and I was therefore recommended by an acquaintance to try Body SDS and Bengt Valentino Andersen – and what an eye-opener that proved to be! For the first time, I felt that there was someone who really understood the body.
MY MOST IMPORTANT COCKTAIL
Of course, I had to adjust to not eating as much as I was used to, but, in fact, this need disappeared with Body Meal; today I can keep going until lunch without the huge breakfast that I used to eat.
I mix Body Meal as a shake with frozen broccoli and banana before I go to work. The feeling of satisfaction this gives me is an absolute blessing.
My job means that I travel to Italy a lot, and in this case I make a Body Meal shake with sugar-free ice tea. And if there’s an event with a lot of rich food, I drink Body Meal as a snack before dinner so that I don’t fall into the trap of eating too much on an empty stomach.
My metabolic rate isn’t very high and I’ve always put on weight easily. It’s therefore an added bonus that Body Meal (as the healthy meal that it is) also helps to reduce any cravings for sweet things.
On average, I drink two bottles of wine a week in connection with events – in spite of this, I’ve managed to maintain a stable weight. Body Meal has become my most important “cocktail” which I really can’t do without, and I often have a couple of extra sachets in my overnight bag that I can offer to people that I meet during my business trips.
