HOW TO USE BODY MEAL
A MEAL IN ITS OWN RIGHT
Body Meal contains all the vital nutrients that characterise a complete meal.
The meal can be consumed at any time of the day, and if you begin the day with a Body Meal at breakfast, it doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy it as a meal in its own right later in the day, such as a quick and hearty meal after you’ve been out for a run.
If you don’t wish to be weighed down by a heavy lunch or dinner, Body Meal can also be used as a snack beforehand. This can be particularly effective if you have a habit of overeating and you wish to train your body to east less and more healthily.
BODY MEAL & FASTING
Body Meal and fasting represent an effective combination. If, for example, you fast for half of the day, your body will have the chance to get rid of waste products before consuming more food; and your body will better be able to absorb the nutrients from your next meal.
If, after a good night’s sleep, you consume Body Meal as the first and only meal in the morning and don’t eat your next meal until lunch, this corresponds to fasting for 12 hours during a 24-hour period.
Food that is consumed in the morning has the greatest effect and is absorbed more easily because your stomach is empty. You therefore get the greatest benefit of the product by consuming it at this time of the day. So start the day with a Body Meal and then eat a healthy and nutritional meal later.

EXPERIMENT WITH DIFFERENT TASTE VARIATIONS
Blend Body Meal with, for example:
• Grapefruit and lemon
• Ginger, lemon
• Ginger, chilli
• Ginger and elderflower juice (without sugar, but sweetened with apple juice)
• Either oat milk, almond milk, rice milk or soya milk (can be supplement of extra vegan protein)
• Cinnamon or cocoa powder with either oat milk, almond milk, rice milk or soya milk (can be supplement of extra vegan protein)
• Blend Body Meal with frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) and oil
• Blend Body Meal with garlic, ginger, lemon and chilli (a good boost if you’re ill or just feeling under the weather)
• Add 2-3 times more water (for a more neutral flavour)
• Add less water (more concentrated). Drink plenty of water afterwards
The following detox treatments are based on Bengt Valentino Andersen’s personal treatments and experience gained from these.
As a detox treatment, Body Meal can be consumed 2-3 times a day during a period of e.g. 3, 5 or 10 days.
Consume morning + lunch and then eat an ordinary evening meal:
Rapidly regain balance in your digestive system. This detox is designed for those people who suffer from general problems such as constipation and flatulence.
Consume morning + lunch and then with hot blended vegetable soup for dinner. This detox helps the intestines and removes build-up of fluid and thickening of the connective tissue.
For those who train:
Consume morning and then eat a normal lunch (although with focus on meat/vegetables or vegan diet with lots of protein-rich ingredients) + consume again for evening meal along with blended vegetable soup.
Muscle mass is controlled by intake of extra protein at all mealtimes – this can be either animal or vegan, or a combination of the two. Bengt Valentino Andersen generally recommends vegan protein, as it is kinder on the kidneys.
Greater muscle mass: If you wish to build up greater muscle mass, then you can supplement Body Meal or a normal meal with extra protein.

Ideal detox to return to the body’s original balance.
BODY MEAL & PHYSICAL TRAINING
Body Meal is a perfect accompaniment to fitness training, in part because it contains a high level of proteins which release amino acids into the body.
While in Bengt Valentino Andersen’s experience protein powder alone can stress the kidneys, in his opinion Body Meal will not have the same effect as it – in addition to proteins – also contains other essential and vital nutrients.
Many professional sportsmen and sportswomen use it prior to performance, whilst also finding that they subsequently experience better recovery.
