Various, delicious foods and condiments
Blend Vegan Power Meal with, for example:
- Ice cubes and sparkling water
- Food oils e.g. flaxseed oil (supplement of extra fatty acids)
- Ginger, lemon, or grapefruit
- Juices and elderflower juice (without sugar, but sweetened with apple juice)
- Oat milk, almond milk, rice milk or soya milk (supplement of extra vegan protein)
- Cinnamon or cocoa powder with either oat milk, almond milk, rice milk or soya milk (supplement of extra vegan protein)
- Blend with frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- Blend with garlic, ginger, lemon, and chili (a boost if you’re ill)
- Add 2-3 times more water (for a more neutral flavour)
- Add less water (for a more concentrated meal). Note: Drink plenty of water afterward
