Various, delicious foods and condiments

Blend Vegan Power Meal with, for example:

  • Ice cubes and sparkling water
  • Food oils e.g. flaxseed oil (supplement of extra fatty acids)
  • Ginger, lemon, or grapefruit
  • Juices and elderflower juice (without sugar, but sweetened with apple juice)
  • Oat milk, almond milk, rice milk or soya milk (supplement of extra vegan protein)
  • Cinnamon or cocoa powder with either oat milk, almond milk, rice milk or soya milk (supplement of extra vegan protein)
  • Blend with frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • Blend with garlic, ginger, lemon, and chili (a boost if you’re ill)
  • Add 2-3 times more water (for a more neutral flavour)
  • Add less water (for a more concentrated meal). Note: Drink plenty of water afterward
