Vegan Power Meal and fasting represent an effective combination. If, for example, you fast for half of the day, your body will have the chance to get rid of waste products before consuming more food; and your body will better be able to absorb the nutrients from your next meal.

If, after a good night’s sleep, you consume Vegan Power Meal as the first and only meal in the morning and don’t eat your next meal until lunch, this corresponds to fasting for 12 hours during a 24-hour period.

Food that is consumed in the morning has the greatest effect and is absorbed more easily because your stomach is empty. You, therefore, get the greatest benefit of the product by consuming it at this time of the day. So start the day with a Vegan Power Meal and then eat a healthy and nutritional meal later.
