“I’m 68 years of age and have a working day that usually lasts from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. During a normal working day I have clients, teaching duties and supervision of psychologists and psychiatrists, all of which require a great deal of focus.

HOW I TAKE VEGAN POWER MEAL
I boil a couple of slices of ginger in a teapot and leave it in the fridge overnight so that it’s ice-cold and ready to blend with my Vegan Power Meal every morning.
