I’m one of those people who’ve regularly tried to keep up with the latest “big thing” in the long succession of dietary advice.
During the last couple of years, however, I’ve learnt to listen to my body more and to react to the signals it’s sending. And my body actually tells me everything itself – and when it does, I react straight away without wasting any time.
When I don’t feel healthy, I can’t navigate my way through life. I’m not a great fan of a big breakfast. As a rule, I often just have something light – which means I’m often in need of more energy. I therefore take Vegan Power Meal as a supplement 3-4 times a week, mostly on the days when I feel particularly hungry.”
