“During a period in which I was injured, I spent time working with myself and received treatments from Bengt Valentino Andersen at Body SDS. During my treatments with Bengt, I was told that I had a lot of acid in my body.

For many years I’ve felt bloated and lethargic, as well as suffering skin problems. I’ve always eaten oatmeal, both for breakfast and as a pre-match meal 3-4 hours before a game. I’ve found it difficult to eat in connection with games and my stomach has reacted in different ways.

I’ve therefore begun with Vegan Power Meal, whilst also replacing ordinary milk with oat milk at the same time.

In the morning I mix Vegan Power Meal with cold water and a teaspoon of olive oil, and then I eat lunch at 11.30. It works for me. It also tastes healthy, which I like.

My ambition with Vegan Power Meal is to go for it 100 % and see how far it takes me. I dream of finding a balance in my body.”
